The A Path Appears exhibit features Made in L.A. a film that tells the story of three Latina immigrants working in Los Angeles garment sweatshops as they embark on a three-year odyssey to win basic labor protections from a trendy clothing retailer.
Gift the Made in L.A. organizing toolkit to an educator, worker or community center, faith-based organization, union or other nonprofit serving low-wage, often immigrant, workers. This Toolkit is designed to:
(1) Engage, train and empower low-wage workers.
(2) Develop organizing skills among workers and staff.
(3) Educate and engage communities about low-wage workers and the organizations that serve them.
